We’re looking for a skilled Logistics Support Coordinator that thrives on collaboration. This position is responsible for the tracking and tracing of specific fleets using RAILTRAC®. Provide direct customer service support to assigned account(s).

Essential Responsibilities

  • Use RAILTRAC® to perform the following duties:
  • Clear Interface Validations 2-3 times per day
  • Add Comments using Comment Codes and Types to all bad orders, non-moving and “H” CLM cars • View and correct all Off-Route cars
  • View and correct all Load/Empty noted cars in Jeopardized Summary
  • View all Loaded to Consignee cars. Proactively monitor fleet
  • View all Empty to Origin cars. Proactively monitor fleet
  • View and correct all Destination Difference status 1, 2 and 3
  • Clear all No Bill Screen cars • Clear cars from Multiple Open Trips
  • Based on contractual obligations, notify account contacts of any delays, bad orders and off routes
  • Promptly answer all emails per contractual obligations
  • Prepare and run monthly reports per account specifications

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Rail Logistics
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to work in Microsoft Office products at above average level
  • The ability to operate phone, fax and scanner
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

We’re seeking a Rail Maintenance Coordinator with a keen eye and a sharp attention to detail. This position is responsible for managing the maintenance of railcars and maintaining data integrity of BL software.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Shop customer’s railcar fleet for scheduled maintenance/wrecks/other repairs as needed.
  • Assign a shop or if leased, request shop from car owner.
  • Provide instructions to shop for inspection/repair/maintenance.
  • View and correct all Load/Empty noted cars in Jeopardized Summary
  • Bill/divert customer cars to shop locations or provide instructions to customers who handle their own billing.
  • Provide shop with outbound dispo to customer plant locations.
  • Flag cars in RAILTRAC® for inspection/maintenance/release.
  • Load estimates and invoices in RAILAcct®.
  • Enter shop trip and instructions in RAILTRAC®; monitor car to and from shop location.
  • Update test dates and car information in RAILTRAC®.
  • Verify appropriate paperwork received from shop and add to RAILTRAC Docs™.
  • Create ad-hoc reports.
  • Respond to all customer requests for information.
  • Collect all the OTMA information for filing of OTMA (FRA) approval

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in rail maintenance
  • Hazmat Training
  • PC skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
